Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: Orders are usually processed within 1-3 days, unless otherwise stated in the product description or your confirmation email.

Q: How long with it take for my order to arrive?

A: If you choose the free standard shipping,orders within the Asia normally take 10-20  days to arrive after being shipped. Orders outside the Asia normally take 10-30 days to arrive after being shipped. 

If you require a faster delivery service, please coose the express shipping,orders within the Asia normally take 2-7  days to arrive after being shipped. Orders outside the Asia normally take 2-10 days to arrive after being shipped. 

Occasionally, international orders are delayed in customs causing arrival time to increase.

Q: How will you send my goods?

A: Standard shipping is free and delivered via Postal Parcel.Express shipments are normally delivered by DHL, unless stated otherwise on the order confirmation. All shipments have Track & Trace options available.

Q: Will I get an invoice?

A: Yes, all orders include an invoice. The invoice will be sent along with your tracking number upon shipment of your order. For invoice copies, please contact us here.

Q: I have an issue with my product, what should I do?

A: Should your product have a fault within the given warranty period, please contact us here.

o be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the returned item has been used, or if the original retail packaging on new factory sealed products has been broken, we consider the item as used, which means that upon withdrawal of the purchase, only a portion of the purchase amount will be refunded, depending on the current market value of the product. Once we have received the goods and approved the return request, we will refund the amount by prior agreement. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to vitecket.com, unless the return is a result of our error.

Q: I have an inquiry about multiple products . Can I get a quote?

A: Absolutely! Please send your inquiry here and we will see if we can source your product at the right price. We are constantly adding new products to our site so please check back frequently to see our current product offering.

Q: How do I pay for the order?

A: Currently we only accept payment via Paypal.If you are using Paypal as your payment method, you will be automatically redirected to your PayPal account. We handle your order immediately upon receipt of payment confirmation.
